How long does my on-line wedding album stay live for ?
It lasts 3 months after your wedding date.

What happens at the end of my subscription period ?
You will be sent an email notifying you of the time left. At this point you can download all the images you want to keep.

How far in advance can I subscribe and setup my album ?
You can sign up anytime but your code activates 2 months before your wedding day and it remains live for 3 months after your wedding day.

How do I download pictures I like from the site ?
Simply click the button on the images and download to your PC or Mac

Does the bride and groom approve all pictures before going live ?
Yes – to avoid any embarrassing or unwanted pictures – bride and groom have full control over which images they want to put into their album.

As a guest – what do I need to do ?
Click the guest button on the home page and input the code you were given at the wedding. This will allow you access to view other guests photos and upload or download the ones you like. To download a picture simply click the button download. A message will be sent to the bride and groom to approve the image. Once this is done the picture will be sent to the album for all guests to see.

Can I view my album on a phone ?

Can I link images I like to my facebook pages ?

Naturally the bigger your bandwidth the quicker images take to upload and download. We retain the size of your images so anyone printing out gets a great looking photo. We suggest uploading images in small batches to ensure they upload ok.
