• The photo collection and content of it which you and/or your guests load on our website may be checked by us for any items which we consider in our entire discretion as offensive in any way and we may edit it with respect to any such elements without further reference to you.
• You warrant to us that you have not been convicted of any criminal offence other than minor motoring offences
• You must be over 16 years of age at the time of the photographed event and so must anyone who is given access to your album
• You must not post anything considered by us as obscene, offensive or abusive in any way
• As a bride, groom, guest or any other person permitted to upload images, you will not post images that infringe any persons rights
• You must retain your unique password details and only forward them to individuals who you trust will use our site in line with these terms and conditions
• You will not use the Myweddingsnaps.com service to make or attempt to make any statement which is obscene, racist, inappropriate, offensive or otherwise illegal.
• You also consent your guests photographs being placed on the Myweddingsnaps.com site and confirm that none of the subjects of your photos have objected to their photos being posted. If anyone does so, you will remove their picture immediately.
• Please make sure that your details are correct and up-to-date to help Myweddingsnaps.com provide you with the best service
• You agree to indemnify us and any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees against all losses costs damages or expenses incurred by us including indirect consequential or loss of profit for any breach of your obligations
• All intellectual property rights in or connected to the web site for our service remain our property and you agree not to interfere with the web site, its contents, functionality, our database or any other aspect of the service
• You will not use the Web Site for unlawful purposes
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the Web Site or servers or networks connected to the Web Site
• You will not use the Web Site in a manner that may transmit any matter containing a virus, corrupted file, "Trojan Horse" or other hostile program or software

• We will retain your photographs on our site for 14 days after your 3 month period is reached. Thereafter they will be removed and not stored. It is your responsibility to backup as appropriate.
• We shall treat information supplied to by you in the strictest of confidence except as agreed in these terms
• If you supply any serious or deliberately misleading inaccuracies or otherwise breach your obligations to us we may terminate your membership
• No payment or refund will be given to you for any downtime in the Myweddingsnaps.com service or for your inability to access the service due to technical problems beyond our control. Furthermore, we reserve the right to occasionally withdraw the service in order to provide technical support, updating or repair
• Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation Act (2000), you are entitled to a seven-day cooling off period. During this time you have the right to cancel your contract subject only to paying a reasonable administration fee to us of £10. However, the cooling off period and the right to cancel does not apply if you begin to use the Myweddingsnaps.com service before the end of the cooling off period, e.g if you have given out any cards to guests or updated, amended or uploaded pictures or text to your profile.
• If having used our service you choose to cancel your contract no refund will be given
• In order to cancel you must email the help address via the online system and we will reply by email directing you as to what steps to take.
• The contract between us is only made when you join online by providing your payment card details to Myweddingsnaps.com.
• You confirm you have not relied on any representations or warranties made by us except as are incorporated into the contract, together with any implied by law, any others are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law
• We may from time to time update these Terms and Conditions and any revisions will appear on this page and apply to the contract between us with immediate effect.
• We make no warranty representation or statement whatsoever in relation to any web site to which we create a link and which you access. Your actions in relation to such a web site are entirely a matter of your responsibility
• We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines which may be applicable from time to time.
• We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings and messages.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of any claim in contract, negligence, tort (or other legal liability) pursuant to these terms and conditions shall not in any circumstances exceed the membership fee you have paid.
• It is not intended that any third party should gain any rights pursuant to the Contracts(Rights of Third Parties ) Act 1999 which are hereby excluded

• We recognise the global nature of the web and internet, you agree to comply with all local laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of data exported from your registered location and the country in which you reside.
• Using myweddingsnaps.com as an alternative to a professional photographer is done so at your own risk. Any system faults, downtime or system corruptions are accepted by you as a possible risk of the service and/or loss of data.
• All data stored will not be given to 3rd parties and used only for the management of your subscription to myweddingsnaps.com
